• Do not upload prohibited or illegal content

• Files are processed securely and deleted after conversion

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Payments

• Paid plans and pricing are subject to change
• Charges are billed through our payment provider (Stripe)
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property

• The software, UI, and content are property of PdfStatementToExcel
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the service

Limitation of Liability

• PdfStatementToExcel is provided “as is” without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
